Located in Old Louisville, the Greater Bethel Temple is a historic Pentecostal Apostolic church with roots in both architectural and spiritual heritage. The building originally housed the Adath Israel congregation and was designed by J.F. Sheblessy and Kenneth McDonald of the architectural firm McDonald and Dodd. Completed and dedicated in 1906, the structure showcases the Classical Revival style and features a stately Bedford limestone fa莽ade, with six monumental columns supporting a portico inscribed with a religious message.
